Settlement between CySEC and General Capital Brokers

According to CySEC’s latest announcement, a settlement has been reached with General Capital Brokers (GCB) for breach of investment duties and activities and regulated market rules.

More specifically, the investigation for which the settlement was reached, involved assessing, for the period November 2020 – October 2021, the Company’s compliance with CIF authorization, not following the general principles and information to clients and others.
The settlement reached with the Company, for the possible violations, is for the amount
of €120.000. The Company has paid the amount of €120.000 already to CySEC
